Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All of our products are handmade and we need time to process your order.Our current processing time is 7-10 business days (not including Saturday or Sunday) from the date of purchase. Any purchase made after 12pm noon CST will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Continental domestic orders may take 2-7 business days or longer to arrive. Once shipped Elevated Scentz is NOT responsible for delays from the mail carrier nor lost/stolen packages once they have been declared delivered by carrier or lost/delayed packages once received by the shipping carrier. If your product is lost, stolen, damaged, delayed or misdelivered you must file a report with the shipping carrier in order to receive a full refund of product and shipping fees or file a report with Route shipping insurance if purchased with your order. If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, there will be an additional shipping charge to re-mail your package.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@elevatedscentz.com.

International Orders

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. We are NOT responsible for duty fees or taxes, import fees or taxes or any other additional fees for the package to be imported or delivered internationally.
